Dance your yoga in YogaDancing! The mindful path of yoga is combined with the joy of dancing to multicultural music. YogaDancing is a way of opening up to the world of movement in a different way. YogaDancing allows you to dance your own individual movement. It enables a deep experience of the body and the perception of one’s own self. This opens up to one’s own spirituality.
Requirements for participation: Physician-approved prescription (sheet 56 or G850), current medical reports and regular attendance. Also possible for privately insured persons or self-payers.
Yoga, gong and dance invites you to recalibrate your own vibration. After a calm arrival phase, we open the system for a long gong meditation with an energetic, intensive yoga set. It is assumed that the all-encompassing frequency spectrum of the gong touches the subtle level of the entire system of a living being. This gives rise to the opportunity to release existing structures, create space and truly reconstitute oneself. The vibrations of the gong, will be absorbed not only through the ears but also through the whole body.
After this transformation, dancing to rhythmic music supports the grounding. This firework of experiences continues into everyday life.
